Booking Policy

This Booking Policy governs all reservations made through the ALUNA Access platform, operated by Intime Nightlife Bookings SL. By making a booking you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and venue approval. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation via the ALUNA app or email. Until that confirmation is issued, your reservation is pending and may not be guaranteed.
2. Minimum Spend
VIP table bookings are subject to a minimum spend requirement as displayed at the time of booking. The minimum spend is inclusive of all food and beverage consumption at the table. Any amount not consumed up to the minimum spend is not refundable and cannot be carried forward.
3. Payment & Pre-Authorisation
To secure a reservation, ALUNA may hold a pre-authorisation on your payment method equal to a deposit or the full minimum spend, as indicated during checkout. The full amount is charged at the venue or at the time specified in your booking confirmation. Split payment between group members is available within the app and must be completed before the booking confirmation deadline.
4. Group Size
Tables are allocated based on the group size declared at the time of booking. Arriving with significantly more guests than stated may result in refusal of entry at the venue's discretion. ALUNA is not liable for entry refusals arising from inaccurate group size declarations.
5. Arrival & Check-In
Please arrive within the time window specified in your booking confirmation. Late arrival may result in your table being released to other guests. Bring valid photo ID — venues reserve the right to refuse entry if ID cannot be produced. ALUNA is not liable for entry refusals due to missing documentation.
6. Dress Code
Many venues on the ALUNA platform operate a smart-casual or formal dress code. Dress code requirements are listed on each venue's page within the app. Compliance with dress code is the responsibility of the guest. ALUNA is not liable for entry refusals due to non-compliance with venue dress codes.
7. Venue Rules
All guests must comply with the venue's house rules and the instructions of venue staff and security. ALUNA reserves the right to remove a member's access to the platform in the event of disruptive or inappropriate behaviour at a partner venue.
8. Modifications
Booking modifications (date changes, group size adjustments) are subject to availability and must be requested via the ALUNA app. Modifications are not guaranteed and may not be possible within 48 hours of the event. Requests to modify a booking do not suspend the cancellation policy.
9. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive without prior cancellation (a no-show) may result in the full minimum spend being charged to your payment method. Repeat no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges on the ALUNA platform.
10. Force Majeure
ALUNA will not be liable for any booking failure arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue closures, public health measures, extreme weather, or civil unrest. In such cases we will work with the venue to offer an alternative date or credit where possible.
